The first update since launch!

This is a super small update, that changes no mechanics of the game. Most of the changes are typos or confusing language that was reported on the Discord. Other than that there were two pieces of example dialogue that I'm experimenting with to further illustrate some of the more complicated parts of the game, if it's received well I'll try adding some more, probably one for taking combat turns first.
