Update [Beta] 1.3
Hello! I was gone a bit as I was participating in the global strike week, but I'm back now with an update, and resuming the weekly one-shots I run on my discord server (the one linked on the main page).
In any case, here's the changelog for this version:

- Cunning Fighter 2 rework and reordering.
- Cannoneer’s Ace, Cunning Fighter, Void Heart, and Thunder Blood are now tracked via a Clock.
- Thunder Blood 3 has been reworked.
- Crouching Tiger Hidden Dumbass and its levels have been renamed and reworked.
- A clarifying line has been added to the Transformation and Alternate Resource Techniques that bar players from taking more than one of the same type.
- Ego Arm 2 change.
- Replicator 1 change.
- Opportunist has been moved to Slayer.
- Modifier Enemies with N/A Health have a new Health value for when they’re part of a Compound.
- New Altruist Technique: Surgeon.
- New Powerhouse Technique: Braggart.
- Grim Ascendant 1 buff.
- Mecha Pilot rework.
- Adventures have been renamed to Series.
- Exp per Chapter has been lowered.
- New Slayer Technique: Enchained.
- New Powerhouse Technique: Predator.
- Health for players and enemies have been increased.
- Going All out in unstructured play is now the same as doing so in combat.
- Hidden is now an Effect.
- Runic Aegis 3 now scales off of Mind.
- Most instances of the phrase “equal to” have been removed.
- The Investigate Action has been reworked.
- Swarm Actions have been removed.
- Example enemy deployments have been added.
- New Altruist Technique: Deckbuilder.
- Mana Blades and Rapid-Fire Sorcery now specifies a type of Finisher required to use their effects.
- Most Example Skills have been rewritten.
- The optional rule in the Abilities section has been expanded upon.
- New Tank enemy: Broodmother.
- New Engine enemy: Swarm (the old Swarm has been renamed to Bodyguards).
- Cannoneer has been changed from a DPS enemy to an Engine enemy.
- New Tank enemy: Revenant.
- New Tank enemy: Glutton.
- Battle Jockey 1 nerf.
- Opportunist 1 & 3 nerf.
- Rising Challenger 1 rework.
- Giant Frame 2 nerf.
- You cannot launch spiked characters if you target more than one character.
- Push and pull clarification rules have been added.
- Wave Rider 1 & 3 rework
- Total Cryomancer rework.
- Student of Stars 1 Change.
- War caster rename and rework.
- Slow Effect added.
- Fodder has been changed to only affect its opponents.
- Chronomancer full rework.
- Stalwart Sentry 2 buff.
- Block & Dodge nerf.
- Servant’s Call 1 nerf.
- New Bulwark Technique: Shield Bearer.
- Most 4,5, and 6 Tension Aces have had their Tension requirements lowered by 1.
- Void Soul 2 buff.
- Cutpurse 1 nerf.
- Dim Mak slight rework.
- Rules have been added to progress Abilities in new ways.
