Update [Beta] 1.4
Happy (almost) Valentine's Day!
I've got another update for all of you, this time with some big changes to Bonds and unstructured play, which is totally intended for the season and not a happy accident. In any case, here's the changelog:

- Dramaturge 2 rework.
- Elite enemies have been removed.
- “Creating Personalized Enemies” has been removed.
- The range of many enemies’ Primary Attacks have been altered.
- Enchained 1 & 3 change.
- Combos now come off cooldown at the end of the user's next Turn, Technician has changed to compensate.
- Shield Bearer 1 nerf.
- The action limit is once per Round instead of once per Turn, this affects reactions most heavily.
- Punish is now always Swift, to make sure it’s still usable with the new repeating Action rule.
- Fog Walker 1 & 2 now affects the user.
- The Blessed’s “Prodigious Training” has been replaced with “Social Setup”.
- Egomaniac 1 rework.
- Hidden has been changed to Disappear, changing most of the mechanics and features surrounding it.
- The Assassin Enemy Type now uses Disappear in place of their new mechanic.
- Supernatural Deafness rework.
- An example of play for creating Threats has been added.
- Bond Tags and Bond Actions have been added, each one vastly changing how Bonds function. Many Boons for different Outlooks have been changed to accommodate this.
- An author’s note has been added to the Challenge Roll section to explain that Rewards and Risks should not be exclusive.
- Mana Blades 1 adjustment.
- Most player-side Evasion sources have been limited to one attack targeting the user.
- Rapid Fire Sorcery 3 change.
- Many targeting altering effects now specify it replaces normal targeting.
- Section indicating sidebars have been added, when I move to print this will only be on the outside of each two-page spread, but since page count is fluid right now that change will need to wait.
- The Assassin, Ranger, and Ronin enemy types have had the effects of their Attacks changed.
- Locate has been changed to a 2 cost Verb.
- All instances of the phrase “Contested” have been replaced with “Opposed” to lessen confusion.
- New Ruiner Technique: Feral Arcana.
- Rapid Fire Sorcery 1 change.
